بنهاية هذا البرنامج، سيتمكن موظفو البنوك من تطبيق مبادئ حماية حقوق العملاء وف ًًقا لتعليمات البنك المركزي الصادرة في فبراير ،2019 وتحليل التحديات المصرفية المرتبطة بحقوق العملاء واقتراح إجراءات لتعزيز الشفافية والامتثال، بالإضافة إلى معالجة شكاوى العملاء بدقة من خلال خطوات عملية تشمل التسجيل والفحص والرد والمتابعة وفق تعليمات مايو ،2024 كما سيع ّّد المشاركون خطط عمل قابلة للتنفيذ تعزز حماية العملاء من خلال التعاون الف ّّعال بين الإدارات المختلفة
