يتعرف المشاركون في هذا البرنامج على تعليمات حوكمة البنوك الصادرة من البنك المركزي المصري بتاريخ 5 يوليو2011، وعلى أفضل الممارسات العالمية الصادرة من قبل مؤسسة التمويل الدولية IFC )- مجموعة البنك الدولي والمنتدى العالمي لحوكمة الشركات التابع لمؤسسة التمويل الدولية) سيتعرف ايضا المشاركون علي العناصر الرئيسية لبناء نظام حوكمة فعال.

This program provides participants with a comprehensive understanding of treasury products, interest rate structures, and the dynamic relationship between a bank’s assets and liabilities. It also covers associated pricing mechanisms, strategies for revenue enhancement, and risk management practices. By the end of the course, participants will gain a clear understanding of the strategic role of the treasury function within a bank.

This course addresses the important issues under the international chamber of commerce ICC publications related to trade finance tools. Through which participants (CDCS holders) will refresh their acquired knowledge and challenge their understanding of ICC publications.
