This course is a comprehensive, end-to-end specialization in Natural Language Processing and Large Language Models. It starts by establishing a solid grounding in machine learning and neural network fundamentals, then moves through classical NLP techniques, sequence modeling, and word embeddings before ascending into the Transformer era — covering BERT, GPT, T5, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, and LLM-powered application development. Participants will develop both the theoretical depth and the hands-on engineering skills required to build, fine tune, and deploy NLP systems at a production level. Every module is grounded in practical labs using the modern NLP stack — Hugging Face, LangChain, spaCy, vector databases, and cloud deployment pipelines — and the course concludes with a series of real-world capstone projects spanning chatbots, semantic search, document intelligence, and LLM agents. By the end of this track, participants will have progressed from understanding how language is represented computationally to independently building and shipping LLM-powered applications that solve real business problems
