Diversity and Inclusion

This course is designed to understand diversity and inclusion concepts. This includes recognizing the various dimensions of diversity, the impact of unconscious bias, and the different forms of discrimination. And develop the skills and strategies they need to thrive in a diverse work environment. This involves enhancing communication skills (verbal and nonverbal) to ensure clear and inclusive interactions, fostering sensitivity towards others, and managing situations like discrimination complaints effectively.
