Assists in activities related to different aspects of evaluation related to the implementation of the ADDIE Model, quality control, compliance and accreditation to contribute in the development and implementation of policies and procedures for EBI departments that will lead to higher standards within the Institute and maintain accreditation.

Job Responsibilities:

Information Gathering. Assists in collecting relevant information from EBI key stakeholders to be used as a basis for continuous improvement.

Policies & Procedures Development. Reviewing and evaluating current operational practices and the implementation of internationally recognized benchmarks to strengthen EBI’s commitment and ability to provide first-class services.

Policies & Procedures Implementation. Reviewing EBI performance while implementing policies and procedures. Identify problems that arise during implementation and those processes that could be refined.

Instructional Systems Design Plans. Run spot checks on EBI training material deliverables and assess their compliance with EBI standards.

Education & Experience:

University Degree, preferably majoring in Economics

Ability to understand instructions and communicate in English

Some years of experience in training.

Skill & Knowledge:

Ability to compile data findings into compelling and easy-to-follow report format

Computer skills in word, excel and other Microsoft programs

Ability to read, write, understand instructions and communicate in English.

Ability to write multiple types of reports geared towards different needs of different audiences

Maintenance, upgrade, and design the EBI network infrastructure and associated processes.

Job Responsibilities:

Monitor and Maintain Network. Monitors and performs upgrades to the IT network at the EBI as necessary.

Maintain Data Backup.  Conducts regular systems checks to verify correct backup operation and verify the functioning of the backup systems.

Installs hardware and software in accordance with the needs of the network.

Performs repairs and refers major hardware problems/defective products to vendors for service.

Help Desk. Provides technical assistance, advice and guidance related to the network system, hardware and software (and provides training/demonstration if necessary) to EBI personnel for problem resolution and effective utilization. If necessary, forwards the issue to the EBI development team (software and some system issues) for resolution.

Education & Experience:

Sc. Degree, majoring in Computer Engineering.

Minimum 3-6 years of experience in related field.

Coordinates assessment project for candidates of EBI clients to provide efficient and well-run process for EBI clients within a framework of available services and in accordance with EBI policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities:

Pre-assessment: Coordinate with clients the service required and submit information through EBI system

Facilitate test administration, establish testing schedules

Enrollment of candidates in correlation to candidate names, assigned test and time of test on EBI system.

Coordinating project logistics (venues, facilities, technical supplies, breaks, materials, handouts, attendance, equipment) either inside or outside EBI premises

Request an observer for assessment session

Responsible for opening, introduction for the assessment session

Ensure integrity and quality of testing environment, including offsite locations;

During-assessment: Coordinates/organizes during examination activities to provide support to candidate needs as well as ensure the completion of all assigned exams

Monitor assessment process

Responsible for opening, introduction, and introduce the examiner for the new hire and successors

Observe attendees during examination in case it’s required and follow-up with observers

Monitor the cost during examination phase based on actual number of attendance

Post-assessment: Collect the assessment documents & materials from the assessment room

Ensure security of testing materials and test scores by monitoring test records, custody and return procedures. Report scores via automated uploads

Collect results, analyze and interpret data.

Ensure quality, accuracy of results while reviewing scores of assessment

Examination Cost: Maintains a record of detailed cost of an examination program for superior approval and input into EBI management information system

Education & Experience:

University degree, preferably an HR background

Some experience executing different type of projects (Ex. Participated in social events, university projects, charitable events etc…)

Skill & Knowledge:

Ability to communicate both orally and in writing and to effectively interact with individuals at all levels

Ability to read, write, understand instructions and communicate in English

Organizing, planning and prioritizing work.

Report Writing. Compiling data analysis makes conclusions and recommendations based on results.

Technical advisor for the department in order to assist in understanding the clients’ technical needs

Education & Experience:

University degree (preferably Post graduate)

Acquired certificates related to the assessment services and project management.

Fully qualified specialist with solid experience in work-related skills and knowledge

Some years of experience leading a team.

Skill & Knowledge:

Knowledge of education and training, i.e. knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effectiveness

Provide a high-quality production in linking instructional design output to the proper storyboarding creation. Monitor LMS performance, in terms of enrollment and clients’ reporting needs.
