Job Responsibilities: 

  • Promote EBI products and services mainly in Africa and Arab Region to achieve revenue goals.  
  • Analyze the current and past sales, revenues, expenses in order to provide recommendations for business growth. 
  • Research the market for identifying new business opportunities. 
  • Research the market for identifying the competitors of EBI and determine their prices, clients and products. 
  • Explain prospective clients about the advantages of the products or services offered and follow up with them in order to close the business deals. 
  • Respond to the client queries regarding the products. 
  • Develop business proposals for new and existing customers. 
  • Assist in developing the creative plans and actions to retain the clients including interviewing them to take their feedback and incorporate it into the growth plan. 
  • Develop strong customer relationships in order to generate high volume of prospective clients. 
  • Manage customer calls and appointments effectively for new opportunities and enquiries. 
  • Assist in following up the client relationship management database and utilize it to manage customer contacts and mailing lists. 
  • Enrich EBI African and Arab Region Data Base. 
  • Execute any additional work which assigned to him 

 

Education & Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Economics and Political Science preferably; AUC, GUC, Cairo, or Ain Shams University. 
  • MBA is a plus. 
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and business development. 

Skill & Knowledge: 

  • Excellent use of MS Office.  
  • Excellent verbal and written Communication & Negotiation Skills. 
  • Excellent in Arabic & English (Writing- Speaking).  
  • Familiarity with market research/ analysis tools and methodologies. 
  • Strong organizational and project management skills. 
  • Ability to travel in order to meet clients, explore new markets and attend conventions. 
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.

Coordinates assessment project for candidates of EBI clients to provide efficient and well-run process for EBI clients within a framework of available services and in accordance with EBI policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities:

Pre-assessment: Coordinate with clients the service required and submit information through EBI system

Facilitate test administration, establish testing schedules

Enrollment of candidates in correlation to candidate names, assigned test and time of test on EBI system.

Coordinating project logistics (venues, facilities, technical supplies, breaks, materials, handouts, attendance, equipment) either inside or outside EBI premises

Request an observer for assessment session

Responsible for opening, introduction for the assessment session

Ensure integrity and quality of testing environment, including offsite locations;

During-assessment: Coordinates/organizes during examination activities to provide support to candidate needs as well as ensure the completion of all assigned exams

Monitor assessment process

Responsible for opening, introduction, and introduce the examiner for the new hire and successors

Observe attendees during examination in case it’s required and follow-up with observers

Monitor the cost during examination phase based on actual number of attendance

Post-assessment: Collect the assessment documents & materials from the assessment room

Ensure security of testing materials and test scores by monitoring test records, custody and return procedures. Report scores via automated uploads

Collect results, analyze and interpret data.

Ensure quality, accuracy of results while reviewing scores of assessment

Examination Cost: Maintains a record of detailed cost of an examination program for superior approval and input into EBI management information system

Education & Experience:

University degree, preferably an HR background

Some experience executing different type of projects (Ex. Participated in social events, university projects, charitable events etc…)

Skill & Knowledge:

Ability to communicate both orally and in writing and to effectively interact with individuals at all levels

Ability to read, write, understand instructions and communicate in English

Organizing, planning and prioritizing work.

Project management concept and HR knowledge is a plus

Coordinates training activities for participants of EBI training programs, to provide efficient and well-run training for EBI clients within a framework of available programs and in accordance with EBI policies and procedures

Job Responsibilities

Check training material periodically

Coordinates/organizes during training activities to provide support to participants and facilitator’s needs as well as ensure the completion of EBI’s administration requirements

Responsible for training opening, and introducing the instructor for the trainees

Manage and problem solve concerns as they arise with trainees, trainers, site staff or contracting agency staff

Coordinates post-training activities to identify participants’ feedback for further evaluation as well as recording information in EBI training information system

Review incoming invoices, process for authorization payments

Follow up for accuracy of certificate information, insure availability and certificate dispatch to Administration Department

Maintains a record of detailed cost of a training program for superior approval and input into EBI Training Management Information System

Education & Experience

University Degree

Develops, maintains and updates IT systems for EBI’s specific business needs, thereby supporting effective and efficient business operations for the organization. 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • User Needs. In coordination with users, investigate their needs and provide solutions by either creating an in-house program or by facilitating the process for purchasing software from vendors. 
  • Program Development. Writes, updates and maintains computer programs to perform specific tasks in accordance with EBI’s business needs 
  • Software Selection. Coordinates software procurement processes and conducts trial runs of software applications to ensure their performance meets EBI’s requirements. 
  • Implementation. Participates in the implementation process of EBI new systems as a part of EBI digital transformation strategy. 
  • Vendor Systems Implementation Management. Coordinate the implementation of vendor software for non-technical departments at the EBI (i.e. HITS HR system). 
  • Program Maintenance. Conducts regular testing of programs to identify and correct any deficiencies and improve their operating efficiency, thereby, ensuring optimum program performance. 
  • Program Manuals and Documentation. Completes documentation related to program development and program user’s manuals to ensure proper recording and usage. 

Education & Experience: 

  • University Graduate from IT related major (Faculty of Computer and Information Sciences – Computer Engineering –Faculty of Science) 
  • Minimum 2-3 years of professional IT development is a must. 

Skill & Knowledge: 

  • Knowledge of databases (MS SQL) 
  • Knowledge of coding languages including C#, ASP.NET, HTML5, and JavaScript. 
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming using .Net technologies 
  • Knowledge of reporting tools (SQL Server Reporting Services) 
  • Understanding the full software life-cycle. 
  • Azure development knowledge is preferable

Supports the Assistant Manager of the E-learning Department to build all the courses and videos etc. in artistic way to improve work by making it more exciting and helpful using illustration, animation, editing videos and design. 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Design. Analyze scripts and build storyboard scenes and plan the style for target audience then illustrate and animate education content.  
  • Curriculum Design and Development. Use the participants’ feedback to challenge design and development review.  

Education & Experience:  

  • Preferable an art college graduate  
  • 1-3 years of experience in similar projects 

Skill & Knowledge: 

  • Adobe Illustrator, After effect, Photoshop, Premiere, Adobe Audition   
  • Final Cut and illustration tools are a plus
